All ClearTalk tests are recorded and a random set of recorded tests are taken everyday for careful human transcriptions and repeated independent human evaluations. These evaluations are done by professional voice and accent trainers from the Industry. Individual scores on each of the five parameters (Pronunciation, Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency and Listening Comprehension) are give to each recorded test by multiple voice and accent trainers. The weighed average of the resulting scores are correlated with the output generated by the ClearTalk engine.

The ClearTalk engine continuously learns and adapts to the correlation between human grading and automatic grading using advanced machine learning algorithms. This automated and continuous learning approach produces a high correlation between the industry evaluation and the output from the ClearTalk engine.

We take great care in preparing the content for the ClearTalk tests. We work closely with voice and accent trainers from the Industry to build tailor-made content. This content helps us identify the usual mistakes done by non-native speakers of the English language.
